Take a drive to Pambula Lake to visit their working oyster farm at the lakes edge.  Take a class at "Shuck School", talk to farmers about how oysters are grown and watch oysters being freshly opened for local restaurants and their shop.

 

Purchase their superb oysters and seafood to eat ‘au natural’ by the lake or to take home. They can also pack opened and unopened oysters for travel, so you can take a little bit of the Sapphire Coast home with you to indulge family and friends!
