The pathway is suitable for wheelchairs, prams, dogs and bicycles as well as walkers and joggers with it's extra wide path.

The elevated walkway starts at Rotary Park (corner of Main & Cliff Streets) and winds its way along Lake Street, ending at Bar Beach, perfect for a swim in the warmer months.  Bar Beach is patrolled seven days a week in the summer.

Walk from the main street of Merimbula in 10-15 minutes.  Wind along the edge of the lake along Beach Street, then past Spencer Park and  up the hill to Rotary Park.  You'll see the track leading from the carpark to the start of the pathway.

Once you reach the end of the pathway near Bar Beach, you may choose to continue along the headland walk and continue onto Merimbula Wharf.
