A perfect starting point for an Oyster Trail adventure, the Sapphire Coast Wilderness Oyster Centre features all kinds of interesting information about our local industry:  how oysters are are grown, where the farms are and most importantly - where you can sample them!

View a large scale map, showing where our estuaries are situated and see where the oyster farmers are hard at work, producing some of the world's best oysters.

 

The Information Centre staff are on call to help you plan a visit to one or more local oyster farms or answer any questions.
