SEVERS BEACH

Float in the warm waters of the outgoing tide down towards Pambula Rivermouth or splash in the sandy shallows, Severs Beach is accessed from Ben Boyd National Park and is a 700m walk from the carpark.

A lovely spot for a picnic or just to talk a small adventure and do some wildlife spotting or go for a snorkel.  The white sand is particularly fine and white making it a very pretty setting to spend a few hours.  You will need to take water and plenty of sunscreen and be prepared to take your rubbish out with you are there are no facilities but often no other people either!

You can also pop the kayak or SUP in at Pambula Rivermouth and paddle across, but be aware the tidal current can be quite strong at certain times so make sure you are prepared to paddle against the tide depending on the tidal conditions.
